Can you build trains and biketrack with GenIA ? Otherwise what's the trick ?
Bascially saying they dont want biketrack on the rail but are willing to look at having it run alongside it, and that to put it over the rail would require measures to protect existing infrastructure Whereas arup and others were saying IE wanted it on the rail to protect it, which isn't accurate.

It was blooming chilly up there with a spiteful wind. A feel like 4° at 11 am
Coming down is nearly always quicker than going up.
