Close to 4 inches in old money. Fortunately it's been mostly constant showers rather than staged downpours. Giving the water time enough to run off rather than inundate.

"The historian Don Watson named McMillan as the leader of the ‘Highland Brigade’, a group of Gaelic-speaking Scotsmen who conducted reprisals against the Gunai Kurnai."

I'm honoured to live work and play on aboriginal land. Country has been very good to me.

📷 wildflowers, alpine peaks and ancient lands, photographed while wandering on Gunai Kurnai, Dhudoroa and Jaitmathang country.

It uses more water than the coal mine! Why would you want something like that when we're running out of water?" Electra Greene, Kurnai, Gunai and Monero woman #nuclearfreegippsland

Australian history like the 'history of Israel ', is manufactured to give the colonists credibility. A book on McMillan, written by a descendant of his, Cal Flynn , title 'Thicker than Water' sheds some light on the Genocide of Gunai/Kurnai people.

2019/20 fires had an extreme impact on Glossies’ food supply. Young regenerating Black She-oaks take 5-20yrs to produce viable seed. Every she-oak stand in unburnt forest in East Gippsland is now critical for the survival of the Glossy population. www.geg.org.au/feathers-to-...

Bsky being weird but yeah, hated the country, people were so nosy and rude, even worse internet and phone reception than average, I only liked seeing more stars in the night sky and the animals (especially the Leopard seal who rocked up scared people shitless despite just sleeping for a week)

I have Wiradjuri/Gunai Kurnai children, worked in the old Department of Aboriginal Affairs central office, ATSIC etc and I’m still learning new horrors. My point is bit heavy on yourself re the telegram! 😊 You’re alright, CC ❤️

Other thoughts:

- I hope I can forget about these puzzles and play this game fresh again someday.
- Petition to add a turbo function to the train.
- It's great that nights are so dark, but a bit of a missed opportunity to release a tiger to hunt and murder us.
- Praise Mustard Man.

On the top (almost) of Mt Taylor in Gunai-Kurnai country this morning.

It was blooming chilly up there with a spiteful wind. A feel like 4° at 11 am

Coming down is nearly always quicker than going up.
