yea I wonder what the standard could be. like an RSS feed but in email address form where it remains clear what you're referencing when the domain gets dropped off. one thing to consider is that it wouldn't usually be able to reply. IDK

Totally agree with this, years ago I turned off all phone notifications except for phone calls and text messages. I'll look at apps when I have time for them, not be dictated to by them.
