Scientists engineered biocompatible lipid-shell nanocarriers to encapsulate the enzymes, allowing them to travel through the bloodstream undetected by the immune system.
The dissolve the mechanical blockage and restore blood flow without requiring a single invasive incision or stent deployment.

So it looks like researchers at the University of Edinburgh were able to convert plastic into the analgesic/antipyretic drug paracetamol, w/ like a really high conversion rate??? And i really want to see these results replicated, because holy damn that sounds wild *&* points at so many possibilities

What a wonderful material polycaprolactone is. Non-toxic, biodegradable, 60°C meltable, biocompatible, light, flexible, strong, cools to rock solid, cheap, low scent, low heat transfer so can be hand shaped when heat-softened, autoclave to make pourable casting, machineable, paintable, etc.

Tryin this today. It has ISO certs for toy grade and prolonged skin contact so should be biocompatible(ish) for some lab use. Idk about leachants but still worth trying. Also some of the cheapest resin on the market at $19/L.

Still lookin for autoclavable biocompatible resin tho
