If you have a version of Biomel that you can get locally, I find they are really good to settle the stomach. Vegan, so without the richness of dairy, Not hugely calorific though. My other go-to is original Coca-Cola - sometimes it's the only thing I can stomach.

If you have a version of Biomel that you can get locally, I find they are really good to settle the stomach. Vegan, so without the richness of dairy, Not hugely calorific though. My other go-to is original Coca-Cola - sometimes it's the only thing I can stomach.

I went through all the prescription laxatives and stool softeners available in the UK and ended up taking miralax, lactulose, senna and dulcolax together just to stay somewhat regular. I've since discovered Biomel Complete Gut powder. Absolutely life-changing for me.

A healthy gut microbiome. The gut is called the second brain by some people because it is where many of our neurotransmitters like serotonin are manufactured. I would recommend Biomel to anyone who asked for a recommendation. My insides don't feel like my mortal enemy any more. Which is nice.

Because of the amount of meds I'm in im getting stomach issues, so im trying everything to settle it, hope one of these works because it feels like someone is standing on my stomach 24/7 atm, and with the nerve pain its a bit much to deal with.

Quiet week for me. A few social occasions and a dreaded constipation situation has left me feeling rubbish. A friend recommended Biomel Complete Gut. It tastes fab and had results on the second day - I feel brilliant!

Ah yes 😂 No I'm normally fine. My gut is wonky because I'm not been having the kefir or Biomel. The smoothies transformed it last year.

I think the bigger problem is the fibre in it. I used to have awful ibs till I discovered Biomel. I'll start with plan b and c or whatever.
