Tjurblod är just field blends – alltså olika druvor som växer huller om buller och skördas och jäser tillsammans – från Eger eller Szekszárd. Oftast är det mest kekfrankos (blaufränkisch) och sen mindre delar av andra druvor, i det här fallet cabernet sauvignon, zweigelt, blauburger och pinot noir.
