Pikmin 3 contains data for an unused green Blowhog that would have spit out bubbles, just like the Aristocrab and Waddlepus do. It’s unknown why exactly it was cut.
I like calling it the Snotty Blowhog.

The Blowhog family is the most “elementaly adapt” or all enemy species, having members utilizing Fire, Water, Ice, and Wind (and technically Poison with the Withering Blowhog).
The only elemental hazards they are missing are Electricity, Poison (properly), Mud, and Gloom.

Exclusively in Pikmin 2, the Puffy and Withering Blowhogs will completely ignore the captains and only target the Pikmin.
This makes sense for the W.Blowhog, as it takes pleasure in un-flowering Pikmin, so perhaps it’s intensional for it and the code was copied to the P.Blowhog by accident.
