(2) The lawyer defending an AI company for using stolen IP to train their AI/LLM used the company's AI/LLM to cite check her brief, which hallucinated results.

Honestly, that sort of 'old fashioned' assessment is going to come screaming back because it is entirely resistant to LLMs.
My students are already reporting that professors are shifting back over the bluebook exams from take-home assignments of all kinds.
