Well... Britlander zombies, being britlish would immediately put a kettle on, and being that the power company wonks would also be zombies they wouldn't be on hand to deal with the sudden grid draw, so instead of electrical fires everywhere like in the USA, the grid just shuts down in Englandia.

Perhaps you've just invented a word! I rather like “whelem”. I'm tempted to define it as a curious feeling of fascination and bewilderment when something familiar suddenly seems strange. I know a little about inventing words myself; “Britlish” was a YouTube channel I ran for 20 years.

Some large, low-population countries were considered for a Jewish homeland after WW2 (so I've heard).
Balfour's 1917 letter to a Rothschild suggesting the Britlish *protectorate* of small, well-populated Palestine as a Jewish homeland has, in the fullness of time, brought on a Jewish genocide.

I've always heard it as "there I was, sat in my chair". But, I not Britlish.

Eh, I always refer to it as July Fourth... and I even go out of my way to use britlish spelling of words like 'honour' instead of 'honor' and 'worcestershire' instead of 'fish sauce'.
