We're hunting for secret treasures!

It's always fun to search ruin-y places. I wonder what sort of things were inside this building. Were any of them shiny?

Two Sylvanian Families babies are walking in the window of a stone ruin with the blurred forms of crumbling walls with more windows and doors in them in the distance against a blue sky with fluffy clouds. Following the leader is Pickle, a grey striped cat baby, walking with arms and legs swinging while looking about. Leading, whilst looking in roughly the same direction as Pickle, is a tiny cradled black cat baby. It's Reggie!

A close-up of two Sylvanian Families babies leaning back against a rock among dry tufts of grass topped with ripe seeds like the ears of wheat. They are on top of a hill and the fields, trees and hedges below blur far into the distance and a line of blue hills against a bright cloud-filled sky. Pickle, a grey striped cat baby sits on the left, looking towards a tiny cradled black cat baby who looks back. It's Reggie!

The same picture but now the view from the hill is in focus revealing leafy detail in the nearest trees and a series of fields separated by low grassy verges in the middle distance. On one side a road disappears into the distance, lined by trees studded with a few houses. More blocky house are buried among distance trees amd in the farea distance are brown fields rising to the hills, now revealed to be covered with more trees. The fluffy white and blue-grey clouds fade into infinity beyond.

I can see the ruin-y building on the top!

The same shot but the Sylvanians and the foreground grass is blurred and the ruin is in focus showing the detail of brick in a ragged gable formation over an empty stone edged doorway. The sky beyond is blue with fluffy white clouds.

A low shot of dry grass on the top of a hill with the blurred shaped of a roofless ruin in the background. In one bottom corner, two Sylvanian Families babies are climbing the hill. Pickle, a grey striped cat baby, is climbing up a stone, looking sideways at a tiny cradled black cat baby standing on top of it. It's Reggie!

Finally stopped raining enough to document some of the flooding here in Somerset. Wettest January on record.

A ruined church stands on top of a green hill, seen from an aerial viewpoint. Beyond, the extensive level fields are flooded, with hedgelines and trees sticking out of the flooding water.

Bit gloomy today but still well worth the walk from #Aller to #BurrowMump. The Iron Age fort at #Athelney from where #Alfred raised an army and defeated #Guthrum is hidden even from this height! #Somerset
