No one on HUDZ asked SLDC the "But For" test, possibly because the committee members knew it would put SLDC, Cortex, Wash U. and themselves is a tricky position of acknowledging the fact construction is well underway.

I wonder how SLDC is going to square the progress of construction at #4140ForestPark with the result of the “But For” test, that I presume was performed as part of its staff analysis.
The HUDZ alders should visit the site tomorrow so they have the facts to combat any misinformation at the hearing.
