Oh, you know I really hadn’t ever thought of calling on off hours & leaving voicemail. I’ve always called during hours when (astonishingly) a receptionist listens to me at length! Also I’ve not made a practice of calling other Senators, not my own. Maybe I thought I shouldn’t-no clue!
