Our elementary school booster club has stricter bylaws around budget appropriations.

If the bylaws were amended, they were amended since Judge Cooper issued his order — prob yesterday.

This is the Board choking off funds and saying "you have to let us break the law, or we'll lose all the funds."

Columbia bylaws state that the president can only send police on campus to arrest protestors after consulting with the university senate. Once again, the president has neglected to follow these rules, which have been in place since 1968.

UVA and Virginia state police are raiding the Gaza solidarity encampment next to the Rotunda. They literally changed the bylaws, which previously permitted tents, a few hours ago. The encampment had been going quietly for several days.

The Kennedy Center changed its bylaws earlier this year to limit voting to board members appointed by the president.
