The trickle-down effect of canceled funding and so on is starting. I have heard from grad students whose projects, with obvious public health impact, are now basically toast thanks to CDC and other grant program freezes. They might not graduate as a result.

That is a good and legit thing to do, but I was talking about the tactics used by spammers in the posts in the screenshots. Those are top posts in the last 3 hours, among mostly politics and news. Hijacking hashtags like Vance, Severance, Stonewall, CDCLayoffs, TexasOutbreak, etc.
