I just don’t think the trucks are a very big deal! I suspect most of them are rather long distance and would divert to some other route. Some it probably even would shift to rail (we’ve seen rail shifts rather recently because USDOT has been aggressively lowering the amount of CDLs.)

And don't forget the 1,000s of Immigrants with CDLs that lost their truck driving jobs because of trump !!!
Keep in mind that the price of diesel will put many truck drivers out business. Less trucks will delay delivery and increase pressure on goods. The cost of everything will increase.
