Such great and deserved news for our CAF.
$3.74 billion for phase 2 of the housing project which will provide 7,500 new residential units.
Phase 1 is already well underway, delivering over 800 units.
All 25 CFHA locations are getting new housing.

I wonder if CFHA's payment structure is getting looked at. Price matching the local market often means CFHA will bill you the cap (max 1/4 salary iirc) That makes pay raises meaningless since CFHA will suck the raise out of your pocket
