(WO2026194813A1) discloses a MUC16×CD3 bispecific targeting SEA15/16 epitopes. It showed higher in-vitro cytotoxicity than REGN4018 and activity in OV90-MUC16 and CFPAC-1 PBMC-humanised models. Key questions remain soluble MUC16 interference, cytokine release and normal-tissue binding.
