Fact: Only 3,742 homes were built with fed gov help. 200,000 is impossible, there were only 195,535 starts total in 2015, almost all private w/o fed help.

And demise of PC party led us to Poilievre as leader of the opposition, which is terrible legacy enough, but also Canada still hasn't recovered from some of Mulroney's actions (e.g. Slashing of CMHC funding, which ultimately led to the housing crisis).
Carney's legacy is following a similar track.
