I spent 8 years in the current district and Fort Collins was in CO04 when we moved here...until they realized Fort Collins was what kept it from being deep red, so they moved most of Larimer County to CO02 with Boulder so we'd have 1 deep blue seat instead of 2 kinda blue ones.
