Russian satellites COSMOS 2581 and 2583 performed a "sophisticated" rendezvous in low Earth orbit, closing within 10 feet of each other on April 28. Space situational awareness firm COMSPOC confirms the maneuvers were intentional, signaling advanced proximity capabilities by the Russian military.

Even the public Space Force catalog includes classified sats, it just doesn't give any orbital data or useful metadata for them.
My own catalog adds hobbyist-observed orbital data and known metadata when we have it. Not sure if COMSPOC includes the orbital data for those sats.
