Personal decision + strong recommendation from my doctors. I rather take whatever precautions to prevent complications like I had in 2024. Influenza turning into pneumonia was really hard, and might be the cause why I suddenly developed severe sleep apnea the following months. #covidshot #flushot

Went to my aunts PCP today, asked him to give her a #covidshot his reply "No, they don't work" then proceeds to give this long skeed about the podcast he listens to & studies that support they don't work. My reply "If they didn't work we'd still be in a pandemic, we're off to find a new PCP!!" 🤬

I been getting vaccines since I was in grade school... Decades of shots by the Air Force & Flu & now Covid... Never in over at least 50 shots have I ever felt so wiped out... This tri flu & MrNA covid shot did Homer & I both in... Achy, super tired & no appetite... The achy an tummy is not fun...🤢🥴
