Dr. Shervon Thompson is the the principal of Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical High School. She’s the 1st alum of the school to serve as principal, and says that schools like Dobbins provide opportunities that wouldn’t have existed before, for herself, her family, and many more. #CTEworks

The new Workforce Development Center (built with support from the @aft.org) is a shining example of what happens when public schools become true community hubs. Families will benefit from a brand-new health clinic (slated to open Dec 2026), adult ed programs, free meals, & more. #CTEworks
