CarbonMapper satellites have found this methane plume in Sharpe's Florida in Feb and March. Which means its likely been ongoing that whole time. Not good for the people who are now living in the plume.

Unfortunately there is currently no systemic regulatory response to this information.
There are instances where the satellites pick up these plumes time after time and nothing changes.

Satellites do a great job of finding methane emissions but that doesn't result in enforcement. We wrote about this power plant in Florida a month ago. Here is the latest image (it has a different town name listed, its the same spot).
