Adjusted Contribution was $21.3 million (–32% YoY), and Net Loss widened to $(14.9) million. According to Cardlytics, the award was approved as a material inducement to Cheng’s employment under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) and issued pursuant to the company’s 2022 Inducement Plan.The RSUs will vest over 24 months: 25,000 shares are scheduled to vest on September 1, 2027, with the remaining 25,000 shares vesting quarterly over the following 12 months, in each case subject to Cheng’s continued service with Cardlytics through the applicable vesting dates.
