They don't come with converters, but they each have a cartridge inside filled with ink that's *essentially* the same color as the barrel. It's a 2.6mm bore diameter cartride with thicker plastic like most Chinese pens use, so you could *mayyyybe* use a standard international cartridge.

(I can say that for Sha'dow, their Tank Glam has been the same since HW, but I've headcanoned it being the same since the cartride into Ul'dah. Thanks to Glam Unity™ being introduced recently, I headcanon ALL their gear is the same since returning from the First. Before that though I had glams for⤵️
