If it means not going to/from CdG and Brandenburg, that’s a win.

There’s now a direct daytime train between them, that takes 8 hours and costs just €59. Leave at 10am, arrive 6pm.
And… it’s just 1% the carbon emissions of the equivalent flight

CDG Terminal 2 was comically bad overall, but at least they used a three-door bus as a terminal shuttle 💀

Also avoid CDG at all cost for transfers if you can.
That said, CDG has an awesome cheese shop. Just make sure you have a ton of cushion.
My fav place to transfer in Europe is AMS
