It was interesting to follow this story during the PhD of Pernille and Nathalie at #CeMiSt_dtu, superb microbial ecology dissecting biofilm succession on plastic carriers in Jyllinge harbour over almost 3 month describing microbiome and metabolome data

This project was a nice collaboration within #cemist_dtu funded by #GrundforskFond

In this current study, Mark tested a library of 720 Pseudomonas isolates (provided by Morten Lindqvist Hansen and LarsJelsbak at #cemist_dtu) in co-culture biofilms with fluorescently labeled B. subtilis to see how Bacillus growth is influenced in two different media
