Before and after of a Circleville Township zoning application, made accessible by Web Chick. Before: a scanned PDF form with blank lines for Name of applicant, Mailing Address, Phone and Cell. It has no fillable fields, and a red label says “Screen reader: silence.” After: the same form rebuilt as an accessible fillable web form, with labeled input boxes and a speech bubble reading “Screen reader says: Name of applicant, edit text.” The Circleville pumpkin water tower is in the background, with circlevilletwp.com and the Web Chick logo.
