Whilst not overtly aggressive, you knew by the posture of those wings not to mess with this cob Mute Swan - he was letting the world know that the pen was sitting on eggs in the reeds & she was NOT to be disturbed.
What a wonderful place to raise cygnets, on this crystal clear chalkstream.
