It seems to be universal that Americans believe that the official typeface of the current administration is Comic Sans. There is not a chatspace that disagrees anywhere. In fact except for comics this may be the only appropriate use of Comic Sans

I haven't read the original edition in over a decade, and since it took place in CompuServe/AOL/IRC style chatspace I had relegated it to "cute-and-sexy CyberNostalgia" like the movie Hackers and Doug Copeland's Microserfs*.
