Often a side effect of chemotheraphy
1/ Neuropathic pain stems from damage to or dysfunction in the nervous system itself. The system meant to detect pain becomes the source of it, like a fire alarm going off w/o a fire.

Excellent short explainer w/ useful links to read further. No pay wall.
Neuropathic pain has no immediate cause – research on a brain receptor may help stop this hard-to-treat condition
Chronic pain affects millions of people in the US. Targeting an oft-overlooked brain receptor could one day offer relief.

I had 8 months of chemotheraphy for Hodgekin's lymphoma back when I was 16-17. My mum is currently on a much milder form for chronic leukaemia.

I wouldn't say either of us enjoyed the experience, but we're still here so: can recommend.

I am doin that now , using vaccine to stimulate and teach the immune to arrested and shutdown potential life threatenin neoplasm to avoid costly chemotheraphy , one fine day safe vaccines would be available to prevent incurable cancer , i am in that research program

Oh good. Because it'd be just downright silly for someone to take medication not meant for them, medication that drastically improves lives, & then take any ill effects and try to say that it's bad and no one should be taking it

Unless of course he wants to do a follow up series with chemotheraphy

Fetal stem cell lines are not baby parts. Imagine if you donated some of your hair to be grown on an artificial scalp in a lab to make wigs for kids who’re bald from chemotheraphy. That hair is no longer part of your body, and new hair with your DNA is growing that was never part of your body.

Over 400 moots are following this AH who's defending Nazi tattoos (b/c HE didn't recognize it, then NO ONE really did🙄) & whose comment on a post stating a nation FORCIBLY INFUED HEALTHY DETAINEES WITH CHEMOTHERAPHY is "it's super expensive to get chemo in America"😳
Broken brains & amoral AHs

Poison (chemotheraphy), radiation poisoning (radiotherapy) or imprisonment (surgical removal). I think there might be some Polonium 210 laying around Eastern Europe somewhere…

Suggest a book for recently diagnosed cancer patient
I was diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer just about a month ago. I am 34F. No family history, no health conditions, and no genetic mutation. This news has hit me so hard and out of nowhere. I am currently going through IVF, and will start chemotheraphy in 2 weeks. I used to love reading (about 12-14 books a year), but now I find it very hard to pick up a book and care. Can someone suggest me a book that will help me during this time? by summmchuuu

'His [solar geoengineer] preferred analogy is chemotheraphy - no one in their right mind would undergo that if there were better options available. "We live in a world," he says, "where deliberately dimming the f&cking sun might be less risky than not doing it." (@elizkolbert.bsky.social)

P.S. The fundraising amount has slightly changed due to PayPal fees and caregiver expenses. Thank you so much for your understanding.🙏
