88 yrs ago today, Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937) died in fascist imprisonment, begun in 1926. A co-founder of the PCI, he and other communists and socialists became the first bulwarks against fascism. @chicagosocialistalternative @chicagocommunists @casagramsci @centrogramsci @af_gramsci
