We have very young leaders heading Tambaram corporation (Mr. Balachandar IAS, aged 36) and a young MLA Mr. Sarath kumar (aged 34). And yet their attention is missing for fundamental needs such as these. We also hear the pipeline created for collection wall pumping is failing as it was done using improper design and PVC pipes which we highlighted as inadequate in the beginning itself.
