Waking up more sore after doing “too much” yesterday and panicking because I gave the betas the wrong draft of chapters 1-5 and had to go through last night and add in all the edits I’d made previously… I’m so glad word has a compare documents mode.

straining a muscle in your abdomen, like between the V of your ribs is AWFUL! Laughing hurts, sneezing hurts, coughing hurts... add that to my chronic knee pain, arthritis, and slight migraine and it ALL hurts.

Some mornings I wake up and parts of my body have chosen violence. Today it's my eyes. I would worry, but y'know, it happens often. Rather like I have the phrase "my usual quota of dizzy spells" and this is something my GP understands as being a thing.
