Drinking The Earl’s Drop 2015 after a hard day in the orchard collecting perry pears in. Hard to imagine this is 9 years old. Tastes fresh and vibrant as the 2019 those tannins go on working. Secondary fermentation in bottle locks in thise flavours. #Cider #realcider #ciderapples.

The tree behind is a 1 year old graft of a Frequin Rouge cider apple tree, a traditional French variety.

In my opinion the best cider #UddersOrchard have ever produced! Solstice Belle is made from some cracking #ciderapples including the lesser used Bisquet which is a French bittersweet. It’s nice + juicey with Christmas cake fruit flavours going on… perfect for Summer! Nice one Dave 10/10
