On our little row of houses in the middle of nowhere #clapforNHS is now rough music of pots and pans, trombones, hunting horns and the such like ... it's quite primal and it's the only time we all see eachother in the week ... thank you NHS and key workers!

As much as the NHS actually needs PPE and ongoing, lasting resources, it was also still quite moving to be outside and hearing the claps and whistles and cheers echoing around the city as people #ClapForNHS.

Lovely to see just about all of our street turn out to clap, and to hear the noise from other streets nearby.
Both my parents worked for the NHS. Such an incredible organisation and we should treasure it and those who work for it.
