I am fully committed to building one of those iPods with a terabyte of space and bluetooth. I think you can buy all the parts online for a couple hundred bucks. I would give almost anything to use the clickwheel again

I figured out a setup for this in my new apartment and it turns out hearing music from my 20s is an immediate mood boost. I'm also thinking of buying vintage iPod docks for my older clickwheel models.
TL;DR: Being frugal means accepting that sometimes I cannot avoid buying things, but still save money in the long term.
I have a 13-year-old 7th gen iPod nano I still use and needed a new charging cable. It was $12 at Winners. That is also the cost of one month of Spotify Premium in Canada.
