Just got a denial of my report from Cloudflare with this attached:

If others want to amplify it, they're using Namecheap for domain and Cloudflare to proxy it. Both have abuse report avenues.

Cloudflare basically protects scam sites. They make reporting abuse difficult and send your info to the scammers. You might have more luck reporting site to Google - they may remove the site from search results.
