Been using CoachCat for training this year. Workouts are fine, but really tiring of the Ai. Rode the Zwift route “No Sleep Till Brooklyn” today, Ai says “That was a great effort on no sleep!” CoachCat is linked to my Whoop data, it knows exactly how much I slept! 🤦♂️ #Bikesky

I've been watching #FasCat videos for a month and thus joined a freestyle #SweetSpotTraining group ride two weeks ago and again this past Sat, which led to winning a year of free access to the #CoachCat app.
It had me take a full rest day yesterday and now I feel excellent for #ZRL. #FtFP indeed.
