It is clear to me that closing mental health facilities wasn't a good Idea after all. Case in point, poor Mr. Revoy who is unlikely to ever get laid again in this lifetime, nor should he be encouraged to procreate or benefit from female companionship. Inflicting self harm is considered committable.
