They’ve managed to radicalise the bourbon community
similarly, in the US there are *far* more people working in museums than in coal mining. there are some industries that have salience as 'working people' and 'hearts of the community' (often after decades of intentional managed decline) and some that do not.
A reminder that more people are employed in the yoga industry than there are registered fishers working in the UK.

Early Access and the way they managed their community across all their updates helped humanize that team in ways that only helped Baldur’s Gate 3, weird for the studio to be so willing to throw all that goodwill away.
I think it's nice when concept art shows the evolution of people's creative processes instead of a prompt, but what do I know

Using ChatGPT feels like the early days of Wikipedia, you’re skeptical of what you read, but there’s a ton to learn if you’re willing to verify.

Whenever I check back on my dormant Twitter account the algorithm hands me nothing but MJ wars, and the pro-MJ side has managed to both hijack Community Notes to make incorrect corrections, and also devolved into outright anti-Semitism

We are proud to see our city setting the standard for the rest of our state. Our community relies not just on roads, but pedestrian & cycling infrastructure to reach their jobs & schools safely.

The NYTimes ran a piece on trans passports and cited Brianna Wu of all people as the voice of trans people. @nytimes.com journalists are evil and want us all dead.

Today, I managed to do two things. I donated blood at the Red Cross. 🩸🅾️
I also stopped in at a youth shelter and donated boxes of food and clothing.
It’s not much, but it’s for the community and every little bit adds up. 😊
