We realise that anyone arriving at a foodbank for the first time is going through various emotions - you are not going to be judged or embarrassed or made to feel awkward - so don't be put off coming if you need to.
Food banks provide so much more than just food. 💚
They also provide advice on money matters, offer a listening ear, and make a decent cup of tea.
This extra support is a lifeline and reduces the chances of someone needing to turn to a food bank again.
