今回お一人は、当院へ一時的に入院後に、県内の大学病院、集中治療室のある病院への転院を調整していましたが、ことごとく満床や対応困難などの理由で受け入れを断られてしまいました。最終的にたまたま１床空いていたICUのある病院に受け入れていただきましたが、転院調整もとても難航しました。

コロナ自体が症状が軽度であっても、コロナ陽性の場合には併発する病気や持病の悪化などにより、受け入れ可能な医療機関が見つからないというリスクが存在することを認識しておくことは大切かもしれません。
