Brought two laptops back from the dead. A moderately aged ACER with Windows 10S (student) which blew from day one, and a 2011 Mac Book AIR with an Intel 5i chip. I tinkered with ZORIN (a ubuntu Linux baby) and both are singing new life with old data safely wiped.
