Brill teaches fitness classes during the evening at Copperfit, the local gym, besides managing the foster home for the town (which was kindly donated by the Prescott family).
Copperdale itself is an old mining town, up north with lakes, forest, and mountains, that grew into a tourism hot spot.

at the very least, i recommend at least trying out compression garments. copperfit makes a line of p inexpensive braces and compression items that you can find at most sporting goods stores.

I have a CVS and a CopperFit pair. CVS has a wider band for wrist compression which is sometimes preferred, while CopperFit has a thin band but compresses more of the hand. I use the CopperFit more. When it settles between my wrist joint it feels much better to me. Also maybe the copper helps idk.
