Here are the other two yarns that I've spun and plied recently. The black one is corridale base with merino accents, and the pastel one is all corridale. I've dubbed them All Hallows and Candyfloss Carnival respectively 🤗

Pursuant to that fiber discussion: this is from Spin Jones on Etsy, and the fiber is “Puenta Avenas” which I’ve never heard of and wasn’t in Google when I first looked it up. It’s kind of like merino meets corridale, more crimp than merino, but soft.

It's 100% Corridale sock yarn
Wash day for handspun yarn. These skeins represent me at the wheel learning to spin. Looking at each one of them I can see the steady process as I've improved. I'm still very much a baby spinner but I am l loving the journey. And more and more appreciating the wonder of yarn for its own sake. 🧶

Fed employee keeping her anger in check by knitting. I knit EVERY day for many reasons and love it. This is one of my handspun, rustic, long draws. Bumpy, natural, soft Corridale, becoming a raglan. It will be bumpy, rustic, smooshy, soft, and warm; for me. Anger knitting. #knitsky #knitting
