FrankenELF progress: I needed a way to view hex digits for data input into the ELF. All the BCD to 7 segment decoders that are still being made can't do hex. Someone in the CosmacELF email group suggested an EPROM solution, and I figured, "why not over-engineer the crap out of it?"
