"theoretically" but safeguards and courtcases have affirmed the sanctity of voter anonymity

I am glad you are backign away from your earlier statements.....very damaging to indicate otherwise

The ones who have corrupt deeds to their names should definitely be considered. The Constitution does define treason quite a bit though, so it isn't something that can be randomly applied to one's opponents. Alito, Roberts, and Thomas are shoe-ins for courtcases; At the very least, being disbarred.

Sony makes bold claim about game ownership
Sony would like you to know that any reasonable gamer would know that purchasing a game is just licensing a game (Video Games Chronicle), not owning it. And there is truth mixed in with a bold-faced lie in that statement. There is also a comically bad argument about ownership mixed in there that I am still chuckling about. I'm sure lawyers wouldn't laugh as much as I am, but it sounds stupid to me so let's go with that.

Doctor Identified After Court Order Lifted in Lucy Letby Case
Mark Deakin, the doctor previously referred to as Lucy Letby's 'boyfriend' during her trial, has been publicly identified following the lifting of a court anonymity order. Deakin, who died at 53 in July, was involved with Letby at the Countess of Chester Hospital during the 2015-2016 period when she murdered seven babies and attempted to kill seven others. His career continued after leaving the hospital, including a role at Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Reports suggest Deakin died shortly after being dismissed for breaching patient confidentiality in text exchanges with Letby. An inquest into his death will investigate the circumstances. Details of their personal interactions were revealed during the Thirlwall inquiry, which found they exchanged over 1,000 Facebook messages and that Deakin helped secure Letby's placement at Alder Hey. Deakin expressed regret for assisting her, stating he was 'misled' by Letby. The inquiry will publish findings on 15 September. Letby, serving 15 life terms, maintains her innocence, while the CCRC reviews her convictions. Deakin's testimony provided critical evidence during the longest murder trial in UK history, though his account was part of a broader prosecution case involving multiple witnesses.
