10 years ago, on March 18, 2014, the occupiers killed Serhii Kokurin, a military topographer and warrant officer of a Ukrainian military unit in Crimea. This was the first casualty among the military in the #Russian - #Ukrainian war.

France *did* *not* *participate* in this September's International @crimeaplatform Summit. They did in 2022 and 2023. And 55 other countries did in 2024, among them all EU member-states besides Hungary and Finland. I can make my own guesses, but do you have any insights?
