My valentines gift from the NHS was a cystoscopy where they confirmed that
a) there's definitely no bladder or prostate left
and
b) there's definitely no cancer left either

The cystoscopy was exactly as unpleasant as it sounds, but at least now I have a diagnosis and a care plan so there’s that.

Had my cystoscopy yesterday, all clear for another six months. Very relieved and happy bunny here. The Urology team were, as ever, brilliant at Treliske.👍

My last cystoscopy today showed I’m still cancer free! So, a LOT to be thankful for!! To distract from the procedure I quoted SHAKESPEARE, “now is the winter of our discontent….” The urologist said it was the first time he ever heard Shakespeare during a procedure!! 🤣🤣🤣

My last cystoscopy today showed I’m still cancer free! So, a LOT to be thankful for!! To distract from the procedure I quoted SHAKESPEARE, “now is the winter of our discontent….” The urologist said it was the first time he ever heard Shakespeare during a procedure!! 🤣🤣🤣

Here is a health update! Just had a cystoscopy done by my urologist! Everything went very well! I had the new procedure done back in March around my prostate area and so far it's been successful! The next chemo session is June 9! Thank you!

Was a worrying few days leading up to my Cystoscopy. After four years having been diagnosed with bladder cancer, got the okay today after my check~up. No need for any biopsy. Not mentioned my diagnosis before, but you can beat it. I'm blessed.🤗 🙏

I found out that I have stage four endometriosis. There is no cure - only surgeries to help ease the constant pain and discomfort.
Yesterday, I had a total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingectomy, cystoscopy, and excision of endometriosis scar tissue.
